Black cherries, cherries, and violets are the flavors found in Scarlet Lake Syrah, one of our fruit foward red wines.  The wine has an abundance of lush darker fruits, including blackberries, dark cherries, and juicy strawberries. The concentration from the old vines delivers a deep, saturated core of blackberry preserve, smoked meat, and black olive tapenade. Co-fermentation with a subtle white grape(Viognier) provides a lift in flavours, introducing exquisite high-toned aromas of crushed violet and white pepper.
