2023 No. 6 White

Vineyard Notes

Light crops and a warm year produced an intense and flavorful No. 6 White.  The Pinot Gris from Clos Chevalle Vineyard grows on a north slope at Lake Chelan, maximizing fruit character. It brings a freshness to the blend.  The Viognier from Stonetree and McKinley Springs give an aromatic punch and good weight and Chardonnay from Goose Ridge brings an elegance and balance to the wine.

Fermented & aged 65% in stainless steel and 35% in neutral French oak barrels, on the lees 6 months
